Shipping & Returns


We offer two shipping carrier; USPS and UPS. The shipping methods and estimated time of delivery are listed in the table below. For all in-stock items, orders will be processed and shipped on the next business day, excluding weekends and holidays. For example, if an order is placed on Monday and USPS Express Mail is selected, the package will be shipped on Tuesday and is estimated to arrive on Wednesday.   A tracking number will be provided for your order.  Weather permitting, actual delivery time will be dependent on the carrier. We cannot be held responsible for the loss of merchandise throughout the process.


Free shipping for orders greater than $100 applies to retail purchases only.

First Class International Mail     

Important Notes:   While First Class International shipping is economical, delivery times may take two to four weeks for delivery and this method is not trackable and not insurable. First Class mail is recommended for low value packages which are not time sensitive.  Please do not use this method for shipping high value items since the package is not insurable and if lost we cannot recover any of the value for you. If you need your package quickly and need to track the progress of the package USPS Express is recommended.
Our international postage charges are based on the size and weight of the package. To determine the cost of shipping to an international destination simply place the items you wish to order in your shopping cart and proceed to checkout.     You should see the shipping charge before having to enter your credit card information.

USPS International Priority Mail 

Delivery usually in 10-14 business days, delivery confirmation available to major destinations. While most packages are delivered within 10-14 business days, in rare instances, delays of up from 30 Days have been experienced once the package has left the United States due to events beyond our control (such as weather or processing time in customs). Delivery times are not guaranteed. If your order has not arrived within 30 days, an inquiry form will need to be filed with USPS. That usually takes 30 days to process. If the USPS doesn't find the lost package an insurance claim will then be filed with the USPS which could take 30-90 additional days to process.  Replacement orders will not be sent out until the inquiry and claim process is complete. Packages with  value exceeding $300.00 are insured at no additional cost to the customer.  Packages under $300.00 are not insured unless you contact us to add insurance to your package which will incur additional charges.  We are not responsible for uninsured packages which are lost or damaged in transit.

USPS International Express Mail 

Delivery usually in 3-5 business days, delivery confirmation available to major destinations. While most packages are delivered within 3-5 business days, in rare instances, delays of up to 14 days have been experienced once the package has left the United States due to events beyond our control (such as weather or processing time in customs). Delivery   times are not guaranteed. Packages with value exceeding $300.00 are insured at no additional cost to the customer. Packages under $300.00 are not insured unless you contact us to add insurance to your package which will incur   additional charges. We are not responsible for uninsured packages which are lost or damaged in transit.  If a package is lost or damaged in transit the same claims process is required as outlined under USPS Priority Mail International above.

To protect against credit card fraud, we MUST ship all credit card orders to the BILLING ADDRESS of the credit card. If you place an order with us to ship to a different country from the billing address on the card, we will NOT ship the order.


We do our best to keep items in stock at all times, but occasionally items will go out of stock, or they will be backordered from the manufacturer. If it will be more than 5 days before we receive the items on you order, we will contact you about the items.


Please inspect all items before opening, as we do not refund opened items.  Please contact us by email for your request to exchange, or return an item.  Please include your name, email address, order number and product name you wish to return.  If the package has been damaged during shipping or if you have received a defective item, please contact us for further instructions.

You may return most new, unopened items (with original contents and packaging) within 30 days of delivery.  Shipping cost is not refundable.  Return shipping fee is the customer's responsibility.  A 15% restocking fee will be applied to all returned items.  The refund will be credited back to the original payment method minus the cost of shipping and a 15% restocking fee.
